Partner at OYAT based in France and a member of the Paris Bar since 1999; co‑founded Oyat in 2022 and was previously a partner at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats from 2007. He advises public and private clients on public economic law and complex public contracts—particularly in mobility, energy and public real estate—handling both advisory and litigation matters, and teaches environmental law at the University of Versailles – Saint Quentin.
