Caroline Figuet is a lawyer at MCE CARREL who advises and assists companies on corporate law matters across their lifecycle, including creation, development, restructuring and transfer. She also has expertise in commercial law—notably drafting and negotiating deeds of sale of businesses—and practised for a year with STARK AVOCATS, whose teams joined MCE CARREL in January 2025.
