Partner in Ogletree Deakins' Paris office advising French companies and French subsidiaries of international groups on individual and collective employment matters, with particular experience in redundancy plans and related litigation, working time, collective bargaining, employee representative bodies and unions, collective dismissals, and transfer of workforce. He is a visiting lecturer in employment law at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Institut du Droit Social, holds a specialization diploma in labor law, and is admitted to practice in Paris.
