Gunnar Baumgärtel

Partner at Maikowski & Ninnemann and a physicist by training, he has been a patent attorney since 1998 specializing in patent litigation and prosecution, with extensive experience before district and appeal courts and the Federal Patent Court. He holds a doctorate in physics and an LL.M. in European IP Law, has been appointed as an arbitrator in international proceedings, and has held leadership roles in AIPPI and GRUR.
