Thomas Becher is a Partner at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER and a German and European Patent Attorney with more than two decades of experience in contentious and non-contentious patent matters, particularly in mechanical engineering and life sciences. He advises and represents clients in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, coordinated opposition and nullity work (including before the EPO and under the Unified Patent Court), and handles design, unfair competition and freedom-to-operate matters.
