Tobias Hahn

Tobias Hahn is a Partner at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER who has practised as an attorney since 2004 and specialises in national and international patent litigation, damages proceedings and related intellectual property matters including unfair competition and design rights. He litigates across telecommunications, electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and automotive sectors, handles standard‑essential patent/FRAND and antitrust defences, represents clients in opposition, revocation and nullity proceedings, and advises on licensing, R&D, software and know‑how agreements; he holds a PhD from the Free University of Berlin.
