Ling-Ling Dorsch is a Senior Associate in the Patent department at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in Germany, advising and representing clients in patent and other intellectual property matters. She has experience litigating before German infringement courts, the German Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office (Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal) and focuses on complex national and cross-border patent infringement and nullity proceedings across telecommunications, semiconductors, medical devices and pharmaceuticals; she is a member of GRUR, VPP and women in ip e.V.
