Partner at KLIEMT.Arbeitsrecht advising enterprises on collective labour matters such as restructurings, reorganisation agreements, alternative co-determination structures, occupational safety, working hours and remuneration models; also expert in employee data protection, employment-law compliance and occupational pension plans, and supports board members in severance and appointment processes. Admitted as an attorney in 2009, she has been with KLIEMT.HR Lawyers since 2012 and previously served as a judge in the North-Rhine Westphalia labour court jurisdiction (1998–2009).
