Jürgen Feldmeier is a German and European patent attorney and Managing Partner at Prüfer & Partner with nearly 30 years' experience; he has been a managing partner at the firm for more than 20 years. He has comprehensive experience in prosecution of patents, trademarks and designs before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the EPO and the EU Intellectual Property Office, and has frequently served as lead patent counsel in infringement, nullity and opposition proceedings before patent offices and courts in Munich, Düsseldorf and Mannheim and the higher regional courts.
