Dr. Frank Steinbach is a partner at Zimmermann & Partner and a German and European Patent Attorney (also a US patent agent) qualified to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court. He focuses on patents and IP matters in medical products, power engineering and measurement/testing technology, develops patent portfolio strategies combining prosecution, opposition/nullity and litigation, and advises on trademark and design enforcement including product piracy and counterfeiting; he also lectures on IP law at the University of the Arts in Berlin.
