Sebastian Herzog is a Partner at Maiwald GmbH and is a German and European patent attorney, UPC representative and electrical engineer. He advises on German, European and international intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution and litigation in physics, electrical engineering, information technology, communications technologies, medical devices and mechanical engineering; he has been at Maiwald since 2018, became a partner in 2024 and has served as partner, shareholder and managing director since 2026.
