Founder and Managing Partner of Al Oula Law Firm (Adel Abdulhadi & Partners) in Kuwait, Adel Abdulhadi is an experienced litigator and arbitrator who specializes in dispute resolution (litigation and ADR), criminal, commercial and corporate, real estate and intellectual property matters. He served as Legal Consultant to the Bureau of the Minister of Defense (1994–1997), was a Senior Legal Adviser to government organizations (1997–2002), has been a registered arbitrator at the Arbitration Centre of the Kuwait Lawyers Society since 2006, and holds a B.A. in Law from Kuwait University (1993).
