Dr. Fawaz Khaled Alkhateeb is Managing Partner at Taher Group Law Firm (TAG) in Kuwait, advising on complex corporate, financial and criminal matters and high-stakes dispute resolution, with a practice focus on criminal law, financial and corporate crimes and capital markets offences. He is admitted to practice before all Kuwaiti courts, including the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, and holds an LL.B. from Kuwait University, an LL.M. from the University of Manchester and a Ph.D. in Financial Law from Durham University.
