Abdullah Al Obaidly is a Partner in the Litigation Department at Al-Yaqout & Al-Fouzan Legal Group in Kuwait with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. He has represented clients before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, served as legal advisor to several ministers, chaired government investigation committees, and held leadership roles in professional and government committees including a vice chairmanship of the Human Rights Committee at the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association in 2012.
