Senior Partner at Al-Yaqout & Al-Fouzan Legal Group (YFLG) in Kuwait with more than 20 years' experience in banking and finance, advising on conventional and Islamic banking, corporate lending, real estate finance, fund finance, trade and commodity finance and acquisition finance. He holds an LL.B. from Kuwait University, an LL.M. and PhD in Private Law from Montpellier University and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Sophia Antipolis University, and has served as General Counsel of Kuwait Finance House and in various advisory and committee roles.
