Heshmat Hassan Abdulsalam is a Senior Consultant at ILG with over 40 years of legal practice in Kuwait and Egypt, specialising in commercial litigation, corporate and transactional disputes, bankruptcy, finance, Islamic finance, securities law and arbitration. He has held positions within the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Cassation and has served on arbitral tribunals at the Cairo International Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
