نبذة

Prof. Ahmad Al‑Samdan is Partner and Founder at ILG International Legal Group and a legal scholar with over 40 years' experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property. He serves as Chair of the Academic Publication Council at Kuwait University and Secretary‑General of the National Committee for the Prevention of Drugs, and previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Law and Professor of Private International Law at Kuwait University.
