Founder and Partner at ILG International Legal Group with 29 years of experience in local and international trade law, corporate and commercial transactions, Islamic finance and sports law. He leads on Kuwait’s New Commercial Companies Law, Bankruptcy Law, Public‑Private Partnerships and SME matters; has held prominent sports governance and arbitration roles (including Chair positions at FINA, ANOC and the Court of Arbitration for Sport); has taught law at Kuwait University and the Gulf University for Science and Technology; and has served as legal advisor to the Kuwait Investment Authority.
