Co‑Founder and Managing Partner at Arkan Legal Consultants in Kuwait, Fayez Al‑Fadhli is a certified arbitrator and experienced dispute lawyer who has acted as both judicial arbitrator and counsel in arbitration and litigation matters. He is a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Association, authorized to appear before the Supreme Court of Cassation and Constitutionalism, and holds a PhD in Law.
