Dr. Adel Al-Tabtabaei is Chairman and Partner at ILG International Legal Group and a leading legal scholar in the Arab world with over 40 years' experience in constitutional and administrative law. He has served as Professor of Constitutional Law at Kuwait University since 1985, held senior governmental roles including Minister of Higher Education and Head of the Technical Office at the Ministry of Justice, and has advised major institutions on legal reform and cross-border projects.
