Partner at Schoenherr (Schönherr Rechtsanwälte) in Austria specialising in real estate and construction law and distribution law. He represents real estate developers, project financiers, real estate investment funds and institutional real estate promoters, has been a member of the permanent staff of the commercial law journal ecolex and is an author on real estate and commercial civil law; before joining Schoenherr he interned in New York and Salzburg and holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
