Attorney at law in Schoenherr's Vienna office since 2020, focusing on M&A, start-ups and venture capital and regularly advising national and international venture capital/private equity investors and clients in the IT and wholesale/retail sectors. He also teaches financial statement analysis and business plan preparation at WU Vienna and passed the bar exam with distinction in 2019.
