Roman Perner is a Partner and co-head of Schoenherr's corporate / M&A practice in Austria, with a focus on cross-border and domestic corporate reorganizations, particularly in the financial industry. He specializes in corporate law, M&A and general civil law, acts for clients across the financial, construction, packaging and engineering sectors in Austria and the CEE region, and is a regular author and lecturer on corporate law matters.
