Milena Gabrovska is an attorney at law with Schoenherr in Sofia since 2016 who specialises in banking & finance, insurance and corporate/M&A. She advises on domestic and cross-border financial and securities transactions, regulatory matters in the finance and insurance sector, M&A involving banks and insurers, and has recently advised on anti-money laundering matters; one of her projects was named Transaction of the Year 2018 by several sources.
