Memil Sarisozen

Memil Sarisozen is Managing Senior Partner at Inal Law Office with over 40 years' experience in construction, industry, international trade, maritime and shipping, banking and contracts. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law (LL.B., 1977), was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 1978, and has held senior in-house and consultancy roles including Contracts Manager at Enka Marketing Export Import Inc., Chief Legal Officer at Enka Construction and Industry (left 2012), consultant to the chairman of Ereğli Iron and Steel Works (2012–2014), and Senior Consultant at Legal Attorneys & Counsellors (2014–2016).
