Partner at ASC Law since 2022, advising clients and lenders on development financing and acquisition of infrastructure projects, including construction projects, PPPs and power projects. She also provides corporate and commercial legal consultancy and acted on the EUR 11 billion financing of the new Istanbul International Airport.
