Partner at Gün + Partners in Turkey, Selin Sinem Erciyas joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2014. She specializes in life sciences and intellectual property with a focus on patents and utility models, handling extensive advisory and contentious work (including patent infringement, declaration of non-infringement and nullity actions) and representing multinational pharmaceutical companies on regulatory matters before the Ministry of Health; she also serves as a spokesperson for NGOs and advises diplomatic commercial counselors and the EU Delegation on IP developments in Turkey.
