Dylan Cunard is a Director at Werksmans Attorneys in South Africa advising across Africa on banking & finance, corporate/M&A, financial services regulation, investment funds and private equity, including commercial property, international transactions and B-BBEE matters. He trained and practised at a Magic Circle firm in London (2003–2011), was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2005, has undertaken secondments including to Blackstone, and was part of the Werksmans team that won "Offshore Investment Team of the Year for South Africa" at the Offshore Excellence Awards in 2014.
