Hilah Laskov is a Senior Associate at Werksmans Attorneys in South Africa advising across Banking & Finance, Financial Services Regulation, Investment Funds and Private Equity. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, international transactions and corporate structuring, and has experience drafting commercial agreements and advising on regulatory compliance including financial and fraud legislation; she is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (South African Chapter) and serves on the Executive Committee for the Cape Town Candidate Attorneys Association.
