Danie Dohmen is a Partner and Patent Attorney in the patent litigation department at Adams & Adams, specialising in patent, design, plant breeders' rights and intellectual property agreement litigation, together with licensing, commercialisation and opinion work. He represents multinational and national clients across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, agriculture and manufacturing, acts in multi‑jurisdictional patent and design litigation in several African countries, has litigated matters to the South African Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, and has been ranked Tier 1 for patent litigation in South Africa.
