Philip Pla is a Partner and patent attorney in the Cape Town office of Adams & Adams with over three decades' experience in patent, design and copyright law, including drafting and prosecuting patent and design applications locally and abroad. He advises a broad range of clients from start-ups to large corporations, handles IP litigation and commercial IP matters including due diligence and licence agreements, and has technical experience across mining, medical devices, food processing, sports equipment and boating.
