Cape Town-based partner and co-chair of the firm’s Trade Mark Department, advising on trade mark selection, searching, registration, enforcement, portfolio management and anti‑counterfeiting across African jurisdictions. He also advises on copyright disputes and is co‑author of the Practitioner’s Guide to Intellectual Property Law in South Africa.
