Nihan Yigit
Nihan is a Partner with Senguler and heads the corporate and commercial law department of the firm. She has broad range of experience in advising multinational investors particularly in wide range of domestic and international contracts, corporate matters, cross border M&A projects as well as corporate restructuring and financial projects. She represented clients in particularly energy, natural sources, industrial, pharmaceutical and telecom sectors. She proactively supports the clients based on her deep understanding of their business and offers pragmatic solutions.
