Partner and Head of Arbitration at Balcioglu Selçuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki Attorney Partnership, Doğan Eymirlioğlu acts as party counsel and arbitrator in ICC, UNCITRAL, ISTAC and ad hoc arbitrations and was the exclusive winner of the 2019 Client Choice Awards for Arbitration & ADR in Turkey. He serves as the Turkish National Committee’s representative to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and is a member of ISTAC’s Advisory Board and its Companies Law and M&A Law Commission; he also advises on corporate/M&A, infrastructure, insurance, commercial contracts, project finance, privatisations and PPPs.
