Agnes Lackenberger is a Senior Associate at Kinstellar's Vienna office, with experience in transactional and competition matters including foreign direct investment (FDI), the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) and merger control. She also advises on internal investigations, dawn raids and a range of compliance and regulatory issues, and has supported clients—particularly in the retail, energy and automotive sectors—on implementation of the Unfair Trading Practices Directive.
