Milan Samardžić

Partner in the Kinstellar Belgrade office and Head of the local Corporate/M&A team with more than 20 years of experience advising international and local clients on corporate M&A transactions, employment matters and large-scale investment projects in Serbia. He has significant experience with privatisations, joint ventures and guiding foreign companies entering the Serbian market, including matters involving Serbian administrative proceedings.
