Founding Partner at Balay, Eryigit & Erten Attorneys at Law, Çağatay Erten is a Turkish lawyer who has been a registered attorney since 1991 and manages the firm’s international relations. He specializes in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition and energy law, and previously served as Chief Legal Counsel at The Shell Company of Turkey (1996–1998) and held senior legal roles at Philip Morris International (1998–2014), including Assistant General Counsel responsible for European Union markets.
