Murat graduated LL.B. from Bilkent University (2020), was admitted to the Istanbul Bar, joined ErsoyBilgehan as an associate and, as of late 2024, continues to contribute to the firm in the role of Of Counsel, with noted maritime and litigation experience and support on complex legal, commercial and administrative matters; he is also a contributor to NGOs.
