Founder and Senior Partner at Erdem & Erdem Law Office with more than 35 years' experience in international commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, corporate finance and arbitration. He advises national and international clients across industries, has acted as chairman, sole and party-appointed arbitrator in numerous international and national arbitrations, and has lectured at Galatasaray University and Fribourg University.
