He advises national and multinational clients across sectors including cosmetics, automotive, media and entertainment, construction, FMCG and tourism on competition, intellectual property, consumer, corporate, contract, data protection and M&A matters; he holds LL.M. degrees from Istanbul Bilgi University (2010) and Vanderbilt University Law School (2011), a law degree from Marmara University (2004) and a compliance manager certificate and supports companies' compliance functions including on-site audits, risk analysis, training and compliance processes.
