Altuğ Güzeldere is Founding Partner at Güzeldere Balkan Göçen Attorney Partnership in Turkey. He holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University (1997) and an LL.B. from Istanbul University (1991) and advises local and foreign corporations and banks on privatization, energy and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, intellectual property and corporate restructuring, with long experience advising family-owned and holding companies.
