Yalın Türkkan is an experienced attorney at GSG Attorneys at Law (GSG Hukuk) who has worked on complex matters since beginning his career in 2014, advising national and international clients on corporate and commercial issues, contracts, corporate governance and labour matters. He works across dispute resolution, real estate and energy matters and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A team on dispute-prone transactions, providing risk assessments and conflict identification.
