Tuğçe Güven is a Senior Associate at Deris Attorneys at Law Partnership in Turkey, specialising in intellectual property with a focus on anti-counterfeiting and brand protection. She represents local and international clients in trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition disputes before Turkish courts and is involved in customs recordal and seizures, online and market enforcement and anti-generic projects; she has been with Deris since 2013 and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2014.
