Partner at Deris Attorneys at Law Partnership based in Turkey, Feride Utku specializes in prosecution and enforcement of IP rights with 15+ years' experience; she joined the firm in 2008 and became Partner in 2020 and currently heads the firm's anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy teams. She manages worldwide brand portfolios and focuses on disputes involving trademarks, designs, unfair competition and copyright, and advises on prosecution and enforcement matters including Northern Cyprus.
