Sera Erzene Yildiz is Counsel at ACTECON who advises clients on investigations by the Turkish Competition Authority and on domestic and cross-border merger control, assists with competition and regulatory compliance, and represents clients in judicial review proceedings and trade remedy investigations before the Ministry of Trade. Based in London, she also oversees and coordinates the firm's client relations in the UK and EU markets.
