Counsel at ACTECON in Turkey specializing in competition law, public policy and regulation, with experience on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, multinational merger control filings, and day-to-day antitrust compliance for clients across technology, healthcare, FMCG and finance sectors. He holds an LL.M. in Law & Technology (Tilburg University, 2021) and previously served as Group Legal Counsel for Antitrust at Koninklijke Philips N.V.; he rejoined ACTECON in 2025 after working at the Turkish member firm of an international law firm.
