Can Saricicek

Counsel at ACTECON, Can Saricicek is a competition law specialist with 15 years' experience at the Turkish Competition Authority, where she served three years as Deputy Head of Department in the digital markets division. She has led merger control and market investigations, drafted amendments to align Turkish law with the EU Digital Markets Act, and represented Turkey at OECD, UNCTAD and the European Commission.
