Jaikanth Shankar is CEO of Davinder Singh Chambers LLC in Singapore, practising primarily in international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, insolvency and investigations. He regularly appears before the Singapore Courts and in arbitrations under various institutions, and has handled shareholder and joint venture disputes, fraud and directors’ duties claims, complex contractual and employment disputes, white-collar crime matters, defamation suits and insolvency-related disputes.
