Lester Ho

نبذة

Associate Director who co-heads Helmsman LLC's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, focusing on cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and early-stage venture capital, and advising investors and startups on transactions involving emerging technologies and frontier regions. He previously practised at leading international and local firms, began his legal career as a Justices' Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore and worked at a UK legaltech startup leading product development in Asia Pacific; he holds an LLB from the National University of Singapore (valedictorian) and a BCL (with distinction) from the University of Oxford, and is qualified to practise in Singapore and England and Wales.
