Associate at Heuvels Uras based in Turkey, she specialises in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, contract law, real estate law, and employment and immigration law, advising local and international clients on commercial transactions and day-to-day business operations and supporting clients with drafting and revising commercial agreements. She graduated from Marmara University, School of Law (2015), completed an LL.M. at Queen Mary University of London in Commercial and Corporate Law, and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association (2016); prior to joining Heuvels Uras she worked at two international law firms in Istanbul.
